Streamline Capital

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Streamline Capital LLC ("Streamline Capital", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, submit a form, or apply for funding. We wrote it to be readable, not just legally complete. If anything is unclear, contact us and a real person will explain it.

1. Information you give us

When you apply for funding, request information, leave a review, or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your business such as monthly revenue, time in business, industry, how much funding you are looking for, and what you plan to use it for.

If you move forward with a funding application, we may collect additional information needed to evaluate options, such as bank statements and business documentation. That information is collected through the advisor working with you, not silently in the background.

You are never required to give us information. But without the basics, we cannot evaluate funding options for you.

2. Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, we automatically collect limited technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at our site (for example, from a search engine or an ad), and general usage patterns.

We use cookies and similar technologies for some of this. Our Cookie Policy explains what we set, why, and how to control it.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to do the thing you asked us to do: evaluate your business, match you with funding options, and communicate with you about them. A funding advisor may contact you by phone, email, or text about your application.

We also use information to run and improve the website, measure which pages and campaigns work, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you without a human involved. Funding decisions at Streamline Capital involve actual people.

4. How we share your information

To find you funding options, we share relevant application information with funding partners and lenders who evaluate and provide financing. That is the core of what we do, and we only share what is needed to get you options.

We also use service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, data storage, analytics, and communication tools. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Streamline Capital, our clients, or others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

5. Calls, texts, and email

When you submit your phone number, you agree that a funding advisor may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP at any time, and you can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message. Opting out of marketing does not stop communications needed to service an active application, but you can end those too by telling us.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here: to work on your funding request, maintain our records, resolve disputes, and meet legal and regulatory retention requirements that apply to financial services.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

7. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and locked-down databases that are not publicly readable.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Your choices and rights

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also opt out of marketing communications at any time.

To make any of these requests, email or call us using the contact details below. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). These can include the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to deletion, the right to correction, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

California residents: we do not sell personal information and have not sold it in the preceding 12 months. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. You may also use an authorized agent, in which case we will verify the agent's authority.

10. Children

Our website and services are for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites we do not control. This policy covers our site only. Other sites have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Meaningful changes will be posted here, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
